1. How do I reserve a boat or activity?
Simply click on the boat or activity category you’re interested in, select the boat or activity and then select the reservation or book now button. You’ll be taken to a screen which has a calendar on the top with a dropdown menu for the hours. Select your date and number of hours then follow the prompts.

2. How do I make payment?
On the checkout page, you’ll have the payment options. Select which way you’d like to pay and proceed.

3. Can I pay with cash?
Yes. We’re working on a partnership which will allow cash drop-offs at hundreds of locations within the UAE and will be available very soon. Presently, if you’d like to pay with cash, you can drop it off at our Dubai office located in Al Barsha, or we can come collect it.

6. Do you provide catering?
Yes, we’re partner with multiple restaurants and can provide meals ranging from 50 dirhams a person and up. We can provide everything from snacks, pizza and appetizers to authentic Egyptian upscale cuisine. We can accommodate just about any requests.

7. What about special occasions?
Birthday parties, graduations, or you name it, we’ll have you celebrate it! If the option for your request isn’t listed on the checkout page, simply put your request in the notes section upon ordering, or select the live chat button for assistance.

8. Do we need to bring our own soft drinks?
We’ll provide water, and soft drinks free of charge.

9. What are reward points?
Our point system is designed to reward our loyal customers. Every trip booked through our site earns you points redeemable with us or our partners.
